Klenner Response Units

Start or Join a Klenner Response Unit (KRU) in your Community

Notable Quote:
"If a bird-flu pandemic hits the United States, don't expect to see the federal government riding to the rescue. 'Communities, in large part, will be on their own,' predicts Pat Libbey, the executive director of the National Association of County and City Health Officials."

The same can be said if the United States suffers a massive nuclear attack. If you feel led to get involved with local disaster preparation then please enroll in this national database created for volunteer citizens, doctors, nurses, health care practitioners, and anyone who is making local preparation for any eventuality. America needs knowledgeable and prepared citizens who can assist in giving Vitamin C IV therapy and other first aid as needed in time of national emergency. The name for local groups shall be called "Klenner Response Units" or KRU's for short, in memory and honor of Dr. Fredrick Klenner, one of the leading pioneers in healing with Vitamin C.

Due to the high cost of IV Kits and related supplies, we recommend like minded citizens banding together and sharing the cost. A KRUnit can pool their financial resources to meet their perceived need. Church groups other civic organizations should consider this as church buildings and civic centers will likely become field hospitals in the event of flu pandemic or nuclear event.

You may use this database to locate like-minded citizens in your locality. Please feel free to add your name to the database. We realize many of you will not want your name publicly listed in an online database. We understand. However, we hope enough of you are so willing that every community will have at least one KRU listed. You may still join a KRU whether you enter NEmC's database or not. Please inform us if you form a local group so we may report it in our upcoming newsletter and share various plans and ideas that you develop. Volunteers are needed for organizing and maintaining a NEmC Newsletter. If you have the skills, knowledge, and capabilities, please contact info@nationalemergenc.com.

Local groups, once organized, need to educate and urge their community leaders and local hospitals to stockpile enough Vitamin C to control any potential disease outbreaks that will respond to Vitamin C therapy. In this manner, something like the avian flu becomes a non-critical event.

Outline of National EmergenC Response Group Organizational Structure

NEmC Studies and Observation Group: The First KRU who have organized and are currently setting up this operation.

NEmC National Study & Oversight Group: To be comprised of State and County leaders who address and recommend solutions to national level health emergency issues. (At present this comprises only the First KRU)

NEmC State Operations Group: Comprised of county KRU leaders choosing their own representatives to best address their states response & readiness needs. Requirements: NEmC stipulates that at least one half the counties of a state have functioning KRUnits or a whole number of 200 citizen KRU members before initiating state organization.

NEmC County Operations Group: Local community KRU's organized to handle county level operational CBR response needs. We recommend the organizational format of 10 men per KRUnit, then 50 (5 groups of 10), then 100 (2 groups of 50), the 1000 men (10 groups of 100). Men and boys under 21 and women and children are not counted for census organizational purposes. However, this means a 10 man unit could consist of 30 or more souls. We realize women will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, working in and supporting a KRUnit. Again, this organization format is for simplicity and utility. Women are welcome to form and operate KRUnits in absence of willing men. When the hard time comes, this format will allow speedy organization and a natural order of leadership to arise.
